I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.​

I also hold a Bachelor's in English and History and Master's degree in Irish literature.​

My professional development is ongoing, and I regularly attend further training and supervision to support safe, ethical, and effective practice. 

I am Irish and have spent the last decade working and living in England.
